Young Aviators 2020 – Saturday 12th September 2020 at Sywell Aerodrome

Sunday 3rd May 2020 – it is with sincere regret that we have had to make the decision to cancel Young Aviators 2020.

This is due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, and also the uncertainly going forward, as to when we will be allowed to fly again in 2020, and this will have a knock-on effect on pilots more than likely not having the correct currency required, to be able to fly the young aviators safely.

So this decision, not taken lightly, is envitable in the current COVID-19 lock-down situation, and we need to ensure the safety not only of all our participants, but also the volunteers, the airfield staff, and the pilots and their aircraft. The event will however be run again on Saturday 11th September 2021.

However, if you would like to be added to the invitation list for YA 2021 on Saturday 11th September 2021, we would be delighted to add you to that instead.

Come and help us celebrate the wonderful world of aviation in all it’s forms, and see what the career opportunities are, as the industry globally grows in size, over the next 20 years.

So help us to encourage, inspire and educate our youngsters in the many different aspects of aviation that are out there for the taking.
